We are part of a support network created by women around the world as an expression of solidarity towards other women, within which we support them, so they don’t have to be alone in the difficult period of solving the issue of violence and searching for safety, we search for a way out and solutions together. Furthermore, we try to understand what truly helps women and how we can tailor our services to meet their individual needs.
We provide support and free counseling to women and their children to the extent and length they need. We adhere to this principle even when we do not have enough funds to provide services, such as when there is an increase in the number of women who contact us.
Due to the situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have registered a significant increase in the number of cases of violence that we have solved. For that reason, we were unable to cover our services with the resources that were available to us. We extended the hours that women could access the counseling center’s services during the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide a part of the consultancy services through our voluntary activities due to a lack of other financial resources.

We are constantly striving to improve our services and expand their capacity and spectrum to best meet the needs of women and their children. The goal of all our activities is to achieve their safety, as well as the highest degree of availability and individualization of services for women and children that maximize their safety and minimize the impacts of violence they experienced.
